Introduction
FusedPlay is a collection of short, single-player mini-games developed and published by Sidtastic Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”). The application provides quick-play arcade games, a daily challenge, achievements, personal bests and streak tracking — all generated and processed entirely on your device.
This Privacy Policy explains what information the application accesses, how that information is used, which third-party services are involved, and the choices and controls available to you. It applies to the FusedPlay Android application distributed through Google Play under the package name com.siddhesh.fusedplay.
We do not operate any server, database or user account system of our own. We do not receive, store or have any ability to access your gameplay data or your personal information. By installing and using FusedPlay, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
2 Information We Access
Information you choose to enter
FusedPlay contains one optional free-text field: a display name on the Profile screen. It is entirely optional, it is shown only to you on your own device, and it is never transmitted anywhere. Please do not enter your real name or any other personal detail if you would prefer it not be stored on your device. Leaving it blank does not restrict any feature.
Gameplay information generated on your device
As you play, the application records the following on your device so that your progress persists between sessions:
- Scores and personal best results for each game
- The number of times each game has been played, and which game you played last
- Your current and longest daily play streak, and the dates on which you played
- Daily challenge progress, attempts used, and the dates of completed challenges
- Achievements you have unlocked, and when you last viewed the achievements screen
- The date on which the application was first opened
- Your optional display name
Application settings
Your preferences for sound effects, background music, haptic feedback, the daily reminder notification and the light or dark theme are stored on your device so they are applied the next time you open the app.
Advertising identifier
Because FusedPlay displays advertising, the Google Mobile Ads SDK accesses your device’s advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID, or the equivalent Privacy Sandbox identifiers on newer Android versions). This is a resettable, device-level identifier assigned by Android. It is collected and used by Google, not by us, and is covered in sections 7 and 9.
Information the application does not access
FusedPlay does not request, access or collect your precise or approximate location, contacts, calendar, call logs, SMS messages, camera, microphone, photos, media files, documents, health or fitness data, the list of other applications installed on your device, or any financial or payment information.
3 Network Access and Remote Services
Every game in FusedPlay runs locally and is fully playable with no network connection. The application uses the internet for the following purposes only:

If the device has no connectivity, advertising and the version check are skipped and gameplay is unaffected.
4 How We Use the Information

We do not use any of this information for profiling, scoring, automated decision-making, or any purpose other than operating the features described above.
5 Data Storage and Retention
Your gameplay data, display name and settings are written to the application’s private storage area on your device, which other applications cannot read. The application’s update-check state is stored using Android’s encrypted preferences.
This information is retained on your device until you delete it. Because we never receive it, we cannot retain, access or delete it on your behalf. You can remove it at any time by:
- Clearing the application’s storage — Android Settings › Apps › FusedPlay › Storage › Clear storage. This resets all progress, settings and achievements.
- Uninstalling the application — this removes all data the application stored on your device.
Android Backup. FusedPlay permits Android’s built-in backup service. If you have device backup enabled in your Google Account settings, your FusedPlay progress and settings may be included in your encrypted Android backup and restored when you set up a new device. This backup is managed entirely by Google under your own account; we have no access to it. You can control or disable it in your device’s backup settings.
Data held by Google in connection with advertising, consent and the version check is retained according to Google’s own policies, linked in section 7.
6 Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade or licence your information to anyone. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, analytics vendors or any other third party for their own independent purposes.
The only parties that receive data in connection with your use of FusedPlay are the Google services listed in section 7, which receive it directly from the application in order to perform the function described. We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental request — noting that in practice we hold no information about you that could be disclosed.
7 Third-Party Services
FusedPlay integrates the following third-party services. Each is operated by Google LLC and processes data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.

8 Permissions Used by the Application
FusedPlay requests no permission that requires access to your personal content. The permissions below appear in the application package. Several are added automatically by Google’s own libraries rather than requested by us, and are listed here for completeness.

9 Advertising and Your Choices
FusedPlay is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Three formats are used: a banner on some screens, an occasional full-screen advertisement between game sessions, and optional rewarded video advertisements that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit such as an additional daily challenge attempt. Rewarded advertisements are never forced; declining one simply means you do not receive that optional benefit.
Advertisement content is limited to a maximum content rating equivalent to “parental guidance” (PG), configured in our AdMob account.
If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland
On first launch, FusedPlay presents a consent message through Google’s User Messaging Platform, a Google-certified consent management platform, in accordance with Google’s EU User Consent Policy and applicable data protection law. You may accept or decline.
Declining does not restrict the application in any way. Every game, feature and screen remains fully available. Declining means Google serves non-personalised or limited advertisements instead, which are not based on your past activity and which do not rely on your advertising identifier for personalisation.
You can review or change your choice at any time from Settings › Privacy options inside the application.
Controls available on every device
- Reset or delete your advertising ID — Android Settings › Privacy › Ads. Deleting it prevents applications from using it for personalised advertising.
- Opt out of ad personalisation for your Google Account at myadcenter.google.com.
- Remove the daily reminder at any time from the application’s Settings screen or from Android’s notification settings.
10 Children’s Privacy
FusedPlay is a general-audience casual game application. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, or under the applicable age of digital consent in your region, and it is not listed in Google Play’s Designed for Families programme.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The application requires no account, no registration and no personal details, and the only free-text field is an optional on-device display name. Advertisement content is capped at a PG maximum content rating as described in section 9.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has entered personal information into the application, you can remove it immediately by clearing the application’s storage or uninstalling it, as described in section 5. You may also contact us using the details in section 14.
11 Your Rights and Controls
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data under laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), or comparable legislation. These may include the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing.
Because FusedPlay stores your gameplay information only on your own device and we never receive it, the most direct way to exercise control is on the device itself:

12 International Data Transfers
We are based in India and we operate no servers. The Google services described in section 7 are operated by Google LLC and its affiliates and may process data on infrastructure located in the United States and other countries. Where such transfers involve personal data originating in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google implements the safeguards described in its own privacy documentation, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
13 Data Security
FusedPlay stores your information in the application’s private storage area, which Android isolates from other applications. The application’s update-check state is additionally protected using Android’s encrypted preferences. All network requests made by the application and by the Google libraries it uses are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
We maintain no account system, no server and no database, which removes the most common avenues of data breach. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keeping your device updated, locked with a passcode or biometric, and free of untrusted applications remains the most effective protection for data stored on it.

15 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in the application, in the third-party services it uses, or in applicable laws. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
If a change materially affects how information is handled — for example, if a future version of FusedPlay enables usage analytics or crash reporting, or introduces in-app purchases — we will update this policy before that version is released, and where appropriate we will notify you within the application. Your continued use of FusedPlay after a revision takes effect constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this document from time to time.
